I am trained both in BIODYNAMIC CRANIO-SACRAL THERAPY(CST) and HAWAIIAN CRANIO-SACRAL THERAPY.

Biodynamic CST is a process developed by Mike Boxhall, who offers certification through an intensive year-long training. I was certified in 2002, and have integrated its profoundly grounding and deeply healing focus into StoryweavingTM with remarkable results.

The goals of Biodynamic CST include:

*to repair the Mind/Body split by seeking to work at a level that underlies both.

*to evolve a truly "client centered therapy by learning to trust the intelligence of the patient at a level deeper than that which can be reached by the intellect

Biodynamic CST allows me and my clients to move into a deep waking dream where they can easily navigate their core stories and make the shifts they need, based on their innate physical, emotional and spiritual intelligence.

Clients working thrugh physical illness or emotional trauma (or even seeking to reduce stress as they live into the changes they have chosen!) often alternate CST with StoryweavingTM journeys.

Each program of treatment is determined by the client, through regular assessment and integration.

Hawaiian CST uses the elements to support rebalancing the neural system and healing your system using the core intelligence of your mind, body and spirit.
