StoryweavingTM is a gentle process, but it builds practical tools that develop organically from the process, immediately useful in your daily life.

Most of my clients are creative people who know they deserve support on their journey. For individuals, StoryweavingTM combines life coaching with energy work, based on my certifications in Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Reiki and Hawaiian Energetics. For those who choose in-depth healing work, StoryweavingTM Journeys on the massage table are relaxing, playful meditations that take you to the heart of your core stories and help you find practical tools. Some supplement their process with my writing and editing services to revitalize the story of their websites, healing practices and creative projects.

We work together to assess your goals, strengths and challenges, and design a program to meet your needs. Many clients combine energy work and coaching, reducing stress and increasing their physical resources while connecting with their deepest insights and gifts.

The combination of traditional coaching and planning with energy work and StoryweavingTM journeys breaks through blocks, releases old habits and invigorates body, mind and spirit.
