In the past decade in the United States, REIKI has become a recognized and accepted healing modality because it works, and because everyone can connect to its healing skills! It's truly practical and accessible, and if taught and practiced with integrity, sustains wholistic health and well-being, provides relief from pain and stress, and brings healing to you and those you touch.

Many hospitals and corporations include Reiki practitioners in their wellness and nursing staff. Reiki is not associated with any particular religious faith, and so it easily adapts to your own spiritual or religious practices.

I am a Reiki master both in western Reiki and in traditional Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho. I offer both Reiki sessions, and teach all levels of traditional Japanese Reiki in group and individual sessions.

Reiki was the energy modality that led me to StoryweavingTM and I have a great deal of respect and gratitude for this fundamental practice that connects the practitioner to universal energy and a peaceful sense of oneness with the universe.

My teachers Frans and Bronwen Steine have immersed themselves in the study of traditional Japanese Reiki as well as research into the many varieties of Reiki which have been invented in the west since it was first imported into Hawaii in the 1950s. My own practice is quite simple, as the traditional methods were in meditative and healing work. I respect most other styles of Reiki, but for me, this more direct practice has opened a door to greater peace and integrity in my personal practice as well as my healing and consulting work.

REIKI CLASSES OFFER PRACTICAL AND ACCESSIBLE STRATEGIES TO REDUCE STRESS, ENERGIZE CREATIVITY, HEAL DISEASE AND BUILD HEALTHIER RELATIONSHIPS. Groups often find they deal with workplace challenges and family issues with greater ease, and classes create a support network that lasts beyond the training.
