Consulting
Storyweaving Consulting tailors active, practical, and contemporary strategies for trainings, learning tools, and research initiatives.
We provide services grounded in data-focused, evidence-based practices and informed by qualitative methods, offering active learning and problem-solving that centers on your challenges, strengths and goals. We particularly focus on organizations large and small that value community-building, education, and innovation at the core of their mission. At the center of Storyweaving Consulting is awareness of the mindsets that are at the heart of organizational cultures and initiatives. These habitual approaches, often expressed in mission and vision statements, but sometimes hidden in policies and practices, can either block innovation or fuel and support healthy organizational and social change. Understanding the professional and personal stories that shape a group’s decisions is key for designing meaningful trainings and supporting strategic teams. Storyweaving assesses the needs of leaders, educators, administrators, students, parents, and other team stakeholders as we work together to co-create practical and visionary professional development. Online, face-to-face, and blended learning are available, depending on your needs. In addition to developing innovative and practical trainings, we offer coaching, grant and whitepaper writing, research, strategic planning, and evaluation/assessment.
