Recent Publications by Storyweaving Authors

There’s so much to celebrate! Getting our books out into the world is every author’s dream — it takes discipline, determination, and creativity. Two of Storyweaving’s authors are getting attention.

First, Val Gale published Hunter, her remarkable romance/suspense novel telling the story of two unlikely lovers whose stormy relationship challenges, heals, and breaks open their secrets and dreams. He and I worked together to revise the first draft, tightening up the plot, preparing the final draft, editing, and supporting the publishing process. It was a soup-to-nuts partnership to support his passionate and courageous vision.

Michael Loyd Gray has published two recent books, Donovan’s Revolution and Nighthawks, gritty psychological stories about people on the edge, facing changes, choices and contradictions as they make decisions that will either destroy them or transform their lives. I provided manuscript evaluations for these books, as well as many of his others. The process, a detailed letter and a coaching session, helped him move from first draft to publishable manuscript, responding to his unique style and writer’s rhythms. I really appreciated the way he took my suggestions and make them his own, often surprising me and always honoring his voice and writing goals.
