  • Our design support begins when your manuscript is accepted, with a dynamic color design. Once your manuscript is ready, we create a clean interior design to make your final manuscript professional and engaging. You will have input and approve every step of the design process!

  • Every basic package offers a detailed strategic marketing plan based on your niche, your why, and your goals. This includes a detailed template press kit, an assessment of your marketing foundation, and a personalized plan to support successful marketing for 18-24 months.

  • Every stage of the process includes coaching, author approvals, publication and post-publication marketing support. We also help you find social media tools, resources, personal assistants, and marketing partnerships.

  • We start with a basic package that includes evaluation, editing, design and a marketing plan. Authors that want more services than that plan offers can add those services (for example: illustrations, additional coaching, marketing training, and development opportunities.

  • Depending on the state of your manuscript, your personal timeline and your publishing goals, you can expect publication generally from 6-months to a year.

  • We offer special packages to support specific marketing strategies after launch, primarily to ground you with coaching and training to prepare you for success. We also will help you identify and hire a personal assistant to do the tasks you need help with.

  • We offer more services in our basic package than most hybrid presses do in their highest priced package. Instead of escalating costs with blanket upgrades, if you want more services, we calculate your costs only for the work required.   • You retain copywright for your work. Storyweaving Press will retain first publication rights as the official press for your book.

  • No! Our contract lays out all the costs and publishing agreements. You will receive 70% of all royalties, payable quarterly. There is no charge to keep your book in print; your book will stay in print and be accessible across all conventional platforms, and libraries and bookstores. You can order books at printing cost at any time for your events through Storyweaving Press.

  • We are setting up an account with submittable to make your submission easy and straightforward. In the meantime, please email the editor with a one page summary of your manuscript. We will send you instructions to submit your manuscript with a PayPal link to pay the $25 reading fee.

Although the official hybrid editing - design -marketing package offered through Storyweaving Press is new, we’ve been helping authors find a home for their books for some time! Some of our past books include memoirs, children’s books, fiction, self-help books, essay collections, and local histories.
